Report Errors/Request Changes
Error reports or change requests for the Government of Alberta directory listings can be submitted online:
- Alberta government employees with a GoA username and password: use the secure self-update form to request changes to your own information;
- Public or employees without a GoA username and password: please use the public form.
Public Form
Verifying and updating the listings may take a few days. Please include as much information as possible (for example: if your search in the directory for an employee was unsuccessful, please include the person's full name).
